Streams of Hope – Food Distribution Center

Streams of Hope is a nonprofit community center located at 280 60th Street SE in Grand Rapids, MI that operates a client-choice Food Center providing free nutritious food assistance to neighbors in the Townline Community. The Food Center operates on Tuesdays and Thursdays, with hours designed to serve the community while maintaining the dignity and relationships of each visitor through their client-choice pantry model. Beyond food distribution, Streams of Hope serves under-resourced adults with chronic diseases including Type 2 Diabetes, Cardiovascular Disease, and Chronic Renal disease, while also offering educational tutoring programs and a health center as part of their broader mission as a healthy neighborhood hub.
