Southside Community Kitchen

Since 1987, Southside Community Kitchen has been dedicated to feeding the hungry in Lansing, Michigan, by providing well-balanced meals in a caring and dignified environment. Founded by concerned community members as an interdenominational effort supported by local church congregations, the nonprofit serves free meals to anyone in need regardless of age or circumstances. The organization operates at multiple locations throughout Lansing and continues to be supported by diverse community partners in its mission to address food insecurity.
