Northern Michigan University Food Pantry

The Northern Michigan University Food Pantry in Marquette provides shelf-stable food, personal hygiene products, and household items to students, faculty, and staff in need. The pantry first opened in November 2017 and has grown significantly, serving hundreds of visitors monthly through partnerships with donations and Feeding America. Operating as a volunteer-run operation, the pantry helps address food insecurity on campus and also offers fresh produce through the university's Controlled Environmental Agriculture program.
