Stepping Stone Emergency Housing

Stepping Stone Emergency Housing is a nonprofit 501(c)(3) organization and Anoka County’s only homeless shelter serving youth and adults 18 and older. Located at 3300 4th Avenue North in Anoka, the organization operates a 66-bed emergency shelter providing temporary housing, three meals daily, and case management services designed to help residents achieve self-sufficiency and transition to stable housing. The nonprofit has demonstrated significant community impact, serving hundreds of individuals annually while offering comprehensive support services including life skills coaching, mental health and substance abuse facility referrals, and stable housing placement assistance.
