CEAP Meals on Wheels – Brooklyn Park

Community Emergency Assistance Programs (CEAP) Meals on Wheels provides hot, nutritious meals delivered by volunteers to homebound seniors and disabled individuals in Brooklyn Park and surrounding northwest suburban communities. Founded in 1970 as a response to growing human services needs in Brooklyn Center and Brooklyn Park, CEAP is a nonprofit organization dedicated to helping vulnerable populations maintain independence and dignity in their own homes.
