Perennial Pantry

Perennial Pantry is a Burnsville, Minnesota-based company launched in 2020 by Christopher Abbott, Joe Kaplan, and Nick Gardner that produces food products made from Kernza, a perennial grain. The company manufactures and sells flour, whole grain berries, pancake mixes, crackers, tortillas, and pasta made from Kernza, and operates their processing facility in Burnsville where they handle grain cleaning, de-hulling, and milling.
