Church of St. Mary

Church of St. Mary in Caledonia, Minnesota is a Roman Catholic parish located at 513 S. Pine Street and part of the Diocese of Winona-Rochester. The parish was formed in 1976 when St. John the Baptist and St. Peter’s parishes merged, with the combined community housed in the former St. Peter’s church building. St. Mary’s operates a fully accredited K-8 Catholic school open to all students and underwent a major refurbishment in 2002 that included adding transepts and a gathering space while preserving the church’s historical architectural elements and stained glass windows.
