Ruby’s Pantry

Ruby's Pantry was a Minnesota-based food pantry network founded in 2003 that provided emergency food assistance to families in need across Minnesota, Wisconsin, Iowa, and North Dakota. The Cohasset location, organized through Our Redeemer Lutheran Church, opened in July 2011 and distributed donated food to hundreds of families in Itasca County monthly. On April 1, 2026, Ruby's Pantry permanently closed all 80 locations across the region after more than 20 years of service.
