MAHUBE-OTWA Community Action Partnership, Inc. is a nonprofit organization serving low-income families and elderly residents across a five-county area in Minnesota (Mahnomen, Hubbard, Becker, Otter Tail, and Wadena counties) since 1965. Based in Detroit Lakes, the organization provides comprehensive services including Head Start programs, energy assistance, health clinics, emergency shelter, housing support, tax preparation, and homemaking services for seniors. Their mission is to empower people to achieve economic self-sufficiency and serve approximately one in four people in their service area annually.
