Center for Changing Lives

Center for Changing Lives is a nonprofit facility operated by Lutheran Social Service of Minnesota, located at 1422 E. Superior Street in Duluth’s East Hillside neighborhood. Opened in June 2017, the center serves approximately 880 young people annually experiencing homelessness, offering a comprehensive range of services including emergency shelter, transitional and permanent supportive housing, wellness services, life-skills training, educational support, and job skill development. The center operates as a centralized hub designed to end youth homelessness in the greater Duluth area, helping young people access the resources and support needed to transition into stable, independent lives.
