The Blue Heron Trading Company

Since 1985, The Blue Heron Trading Company has been Duluth’s original locally owned and operated kitchen supply and gourmet food store located in the DeWitt-Seitz Marketplace in Canal Park on the Lake Superior waterfront. The shop, founded by co-owners Jane Jenkins and Betsy Snow, offers premium cookware brands like Le Creuset, specialty gourmet foods, kitchen gadgets, and home décor accessories, along with cooking classes and demonstrations. The business also demonstrates community commitment through participation in food shelf drives and has earned an A+ rating from the Better Business Bureau.
