Eagan Resource Center – Food Distribution Center

The Eagan Resource Center is a nonprofit food distribution center dedicated to collecting, storing, and distributing food to people experiencing food insecurity in the Eagan and surrounding Dakota County area. Located at 3910 Rahn Road in Eagan, the organization prioritizes providing fresh produce, dairy, and protein, with a goal to make 70% of their food inventory fresh and perishable items. Operating with appointment-based service on Tuesdays and Thursdays, the center serves thousands of households annually and has expanded to include a location in Lakeville to meet growing community food assistance needs.
