His House Foundation/Abundance

His House Foundation (HHF) is a nonprofit 501(c)(3) community-based human service agency located in Excelsior, Minnesota, founded in 2008 to serve South Lake Minnetonka, Carver County, and Scott County. The organization provides food assistance through its Abundance program, housing support, clothing, financial assistance, and access to resources for individuals and families experiencing housing insecurity and food scarcity. Operating as a low-barrier service provider, HHF connects hundreds of people monthly through its mobile resource center and downtown Chaska Resource Center, partnering with local churches, schools, and government agencies to help community members achieve self-sufficiency.
