Neighbor to Neighbor

Neighbor to Neighbor is a nonprofit organization established in 2001 that serves seniors age 60 and older in Frazee, Vergas, and surrounding townships in Minnesota. Located at 405 West Maple Avenue in Frazee, the organization provides services including transportation, Meals on Wheels, health and exercise classes, household and handyman services, senior socials, and friendly visits to help seniors remain in their homes independently. Built on a volunteer-based model, Neighbor to Neighbor operates with part-time paid staff and is affiliated with the Living at Home Network, striving to make services affordable or free through a sliding fee policy.
