PRISM

PRISM (People Responding In Social Ministry) is a nonprofit organization located at 1220 Zane Ave N in Golden Valley, MN that provides food, clothing, and housing assistance to residents in northwest Twin Cities communities. Founded in 1970 by community members and faith-based partners in New Hope, the organization operates a Marketplace Food Shelf, Shop for Change thrift store, case management services, and additional support programs aimed at fostering self-sufficiency and building healthy, stable lives in the community.
