Grand Marais – Food Distribution Center

The organization operates on Mondays from 3-5 PM and the first Wednesday of each month from 4:30-6:30 PM, providing food to income-eligible individuals and families in need. The Grand Marais Food Shelf is an all-volunteer nonprofit organization serving income-eligible individuals and families in Grand Marais and Cook County with emergency and short-term food assistance. Operating Mondays and the first Wednesday of each month, the food shelf relies entirely on volunteer support and community donations to provide essential groceries to those in need. The organization welcomes volunteers for all aspects of operation and accepts monetary and food donations to sustain its mission of combating food insecurity in the region.
