United Way of 1000 Lakes

United Way of 1000 Lakes is a nonprofit organization founded in 1963, based in Grand Rapids, Minnesota, dedicated to improving lives by mobilizing the caring power of community. The organization focuses on three core areas—education, income, and health—and partners with 27 local agencies to invest in programs that create positive change throughout the greater Itasca area. Through initiatives like the Home for Good Drive and the 5-2-1-0 playstation program, United Way of 1000 Lakes engages local businesses, schools, and volunteers to support families and build an equitable community where all people have the opportunities and resources needed to thrive.
