Rock County Opportunities

Rock County Opportunities is a 501(c)(3) nonprofit organization founded in 1967 that provides supported employment, day training, habilitation services, and community engagement opportunities for adults with intellectual, physical, and mental health disabilities in Southwest Minnesota. Located at 807 West Main Street in Luverne, RCO now serves over 100 individuals and their families across four counties, offering person-centered services including employment exploration, job placement, independent living support, and recreational activities to help people of all abilities achieve their potential.
