Mabel Area Food Shelf

Mabel Area Food Shelf is a nonprofit 501(c)(3) organization dedicated to increasing food access and fostering healthy communities in Mabel and the surrounding area. Established in 2010, the food shelf is operated entirely by volunteers and provides non-perishable food and personal hygiene items to individuals and families facing food insecurity, including low-income families, senior citizens, disabled veterans, and the working poor. The organization has distributed thousands of pounds of food to local residents in need and offers convenient options such as proxy pickups, curbside delivery, and in-city deliveries, supported entirely by community donations.
