Madelia Mobile Village

Madelia Mobile Village Cooperative is a resident-owned manufactured home community located at 25 5th Street NW in Madelia, Minnesota. The community was established in 1960 and currently operates 67 home sites as an all-ages affordable housing option. The village is uniquely structured as a resident-owned cooperative (ROC), with homeowners purchasing the land and infrastructure in 2008 and managing operations through a democratically elected Board of Directors.
