Living Earth Center

Living Earth Center is a Mankato-based nonprofit organization located at 1603 N Riverfront Dr that cultivates healthy communities through sustainable agriculture, education, and spiritual programming. Founded in 1996 as the Center for Earth Spirituality and Rural Ministry by the School Sisters of Notre Dame, the organization operates a large community garden and community farm while hosting workshops, events, and seasonal gatherings that honor all spiritual traditions. The center’s mission emphasizes environmental stewardship, food sovereignty, and advocacy for ecological justice and sustainability in southern Minnesota.
