Boynton Health Nutritious U Food Pantry

Boynton Health’s Nutritious U Food Pantry is an on-campus food service program operated by the University of Minnesota that provides free groceries and fresh, culturally connected food to all students with no proof of need required. Established in 2017, the pantry operates three locations across the Minneapolis campus—Coffman Memorial Union, St. Paul Student Center, and West Bank Skyway—offering produce, kitchen staples, frozen foods, and items addressing diverse dietary needs. The program addresses food insecurity among the university community and serves a significant portion of students from historically marginalized backgrounds.
