Community Bridge Food Shelf – Food Distribution Center

Community Bridge is a 501(c)(3) nonprofit organization operating at the Center for Changing Lives located at 2400 Park Avenue in Minneapolis, Minnesota, providing hunger relief through bimonthly food pantry services, weekly community meals, and special holiday basket distributions to the Phillips West neighborhood and surrounding Hennepin County. The organization originated from a partnership between Lutheran Social Service of Minnesota and Messiah Lutheran Church in 2008, with roots tracing back to Messiah Church’s food shelf program that had served the community for over 50 years before relocating to the Center.
