NorthPoint Health & Wellness Center – Human Services

NorthPoint Health & Wellness Center is a nonprofit, multi-specialty health and human services agency in North Minneapolis established in 1968 as a community-based initiative under the War on Poverty program. The center provides comprehensive medical, dental, behavioral health, and human services, including a food shelf, housing resources, and domestic violence services to individuals and families throughout North Minneapolis. Administered through a partnership between Hennepin County and a community board, NorthPoint serves all ages across its multiple locations and strives to reduce health disparities while improving health outcomes and quality of life for the diverse North Minneapolis community.
