Open Your Heart to the Hungry and Homeless

Since 1986, Open Your Heart to the Hungry and Homeless has served Minneapolis from its location at 2909 S. Wayzata Boulevard as a nonprofit dedicated to ending hunger and homelessness across Minnesota. The organization provides financial and technical support to over 200 homeless shelters, food shelves, and domestic violence shelters annually, addressing critical needs in shelter, food, and education. Open Your Heart works with partner agencies to enhance facilities, improve services, and provide emergency support while raising awareness and growing donor engagement to ensure every Minnesotan has access to life’s basic necessities.
