Family Pathways Administrative Office

Family Pathways is a nonprofit organization headquartered at 6413 Oak Street in North Branch, Minnesota, serving over 20,000 residents across seven counties including Chisago, Isanti, Kanabec, Mille Lacs, and Pine counties. The organization operates nine food shelves, a mobile food delivery program, domestic abuse and sexual assault advocacy services, and aging services for seniors and caregivers.
