Bois Forte Food Distribution Center

The Bois Forte Food Distribution program, operated by the Bois Forte Band of Chippewa, provides food assistance to eligible participants within the Vermilion sector of the Bois Forte Reservation. The program distributes free or low-cost food in boxes and bags to qualified community members based on income guidelines, with monthly delivery services available to elders in Nett Lake and Vermilion. As a Certified SuperShelf, the program is recognized for providing a welcoming environment and healthy food options to the community it serves.
