Semcac Contact Center

Semcac Contact Center in Owatonna is a regional nonprofit community action agency serving seven counties in southeast Minnesota, including Steele County. Located at 545 Dunnell Drive, the center provides outreach services, crisis assistance, navigation services, and resource referrals to help individuals and families achieve self-sufficiency and stability. With over 60 years of impact, Semcac offers comprehensive assistance including emergency support, food security, housing programs, energy assistance, and other low-income services throughout its service region.
