Interfaith Outreach & Community Partners

Interfaith Outreach & Community Partners is a nonprofit organization serving eight western Twin Cities suburbs including Plymouth since 1979. Located at 1605 County Road 101 North in Plymouth, IOCP delivers integrated services addressing food security, housing, employment, education, youth support, and transportation to help individuals and families overcome barriers and achieve stability. The organization engages cross-sector community partnerships and volunteers to strengthen neighborhoods and create opportunities for those in need to thrive.
