Nashville Coop is a chicken-focused restaurant specializing in Nashville-style hot chicken, located at 6600 Penn Ave S in Richfield, MN. Founded in 2020 by brothers Arif and Kamal Mohamed as a food truck before expanding to brick-and-mortar locations across the Twin Cities, the restaurant features signature items like hot chicken sandwiches, chicken and waffles, and strips seasoned with spices from the southern United States, Ethiopia, and Jamaica. Nashville Coop is committed to community involvement through its nonprofit foundation, Coop Cares, which serves free meals to local shelters every other Monday through its food truck.
