Lifegate Services

Since 2015, LifeGate Services has been a nonprofit 501(c)(3) organization dedicated to supporting the Rochester community through food distribution, health education, and wellness programs. Located at 1300 10th Ave NE in Rochester, the organization operates a food shelf on the first and third Saturdays of each month, a mobile food distribution program, and partners with SAGE of Minnesota and Mayo Clinic to host an annual Community Health Fair offering free health screenings and medical referrals.
