Frogtown Neighborhood Association

The Frogtown Neighborhood Association is an independent nonprofit organization founded in 1970 that serves the East Midway, Frogtown, Capitol Heights, and Mount Airy neighborhoods in Saint Paul’s District 7. Based at 501 Dale Street North, the organization focuses on civic engagement and resident empowerment while functioning as a neighborhood point of contact for city processes and community concerns. The association is known for initiatives including Feeding Frogtown, a food distribution program serving over 1,500 people weekly, housing rehabilitation projects, and the SmaPl planning effort focused on community development without displacement.
