Open Arms of Minnesota – St. Founded in 1986, the organization originated during the HIV/AIDS pandemic and has grown to serve thousands of clients across the Twin Cities with life-threatening illnesses including cancer, ALS, MS, ESRD, CHF, and COPD. Located at 380 E Lafayette Frontage Road in Saint Paul, Open Arms operates a state-of-the-art kitchen facility and relies on community volunteers to prepare and deliver approximately 20,000 meals weekly, making them a vital resource for those unable to shop or cook for themselves.
