Opportunity Matters, Inc. is a nonprofit organization established in 1980 that provides residential services, adult day services, crisis services, in-home support, and direct care to individuals with cognitive, physical, and developmental disabilities of all ages. Located at 701 23rd Street South in Sartell, Minnesota, OMI is dedicated to empowering individuals and their families to reach their full potential while promoting their participation in community life and access to quality supports necessary for personal growth and independence.
