CAP Agency Food Shelf – Food Distribution Center

CAP Agency Food Shelf, part of the Community Action Partnership of Scott, Carver, and Dakota Counties, is a nonprofit food distribution center located at 738 1st Ave East in Shakopee, Minnesota that provides immediate food assistance and resources to individuals and families in need. The food shelf operates on a consumer choice model, offering fresh produce, dairy items, bakery goods, meat, and nonperishables, with each client receiving a 5-7 day supply once per month. Beyond food distribution, CAP Agency connects clients to additional community resources to support self-sufficiency and serves Scott, Carver, and Dakota counties.
