Overflow Community Thrift Store

Overflow Community Thrift Store is a nonprofit organization founded in late 2020 by co-founders Cathy Oestreich and Cinthia Velasquez, located at 1069 Highway 96 inside the Shoreview Village Mall in Shoreview, Minnesota. The store sells clothing, household items, and seasonal decorations while providing employment and life skills training opportunities for people with disabilities, with the team growing from four initial volunteers to approximately 20 team members.
