Place of Hope Ministries

Place of Hope Ministries is a nonprofit organization established in 1997 in St. Cloud, Minnesota, dedicated to serving individuals and families experiencing homelessness and in need of recovery support. Located at 511 9th Avenue North, the ministry provides comprehensive services including a hospitality center with meals and clothing, emergency shelter, medical care, and a residential recovery program called the Living Hope Center, along with supportive housing apartments. Founded by co-pastors Geary and Carol Jean Smith, Place of Hope has expanded its community impact through multiple outreach programs and continues to raise funds for expanded facilities to address housing and poverty issues in central Minnesota.
