Gather and Grow Food Shelf

Gather and Grow Food Shelf, formerly known as Waconia United Food Shelf, is a nonprofit 501(c)(3) organization serving over 300 households monthly across Carver, Wright, McLeod, and Sibley counties from its location at 11 S Elm Street in Waconia, MN. Operating as a choice food shelf, the organization distributes over 21,000 pounds of food monthly along with personal care items, household goods, pet food, and diapers, funded entirely through donations and grants. Beyond in-store shopping, Gather and Grow operates mobile food delivery to eight surrounding communities and provides employment services, nutrition classes, and mental health support to help families achieve food security and self-sufficiency.
