Waseca Area Neighborhood Service Center – Food Bank and Thrift Store

The Waseca Area Neighborhood Service Center (WANSC) is a nonprofit agency established in the early 1980s that operates a food shelf and thrift store located at 203 3rd Avenue NW in Waseca, Minnesota. The organization provides a food shelf program offering food to meet basic nutritional needs, a thrift store with clothing, furniture, household goods, and other items at bargain prices, and additional community programs including senior food assistance, holiday food programs, and a weekend backpack program for students. WANSC also operates the “Santa Anonymous” program supported by community donations that provides gifts and food to children during the holiday season.
