The Community Market

The Community Market in White Bear Lake is a nonprofit grocery market operated by the White Bear Area Food Shelf, which has served the community since 1977. Located at 2446 County Road F, the Community Market opened in May 2024 and provides free fresh, healthy, and culturally-connected groceries to neighbors without appointment requirements, operating Monday through Friday from 1:00-4:00pm. The market combines in-person shopping with access to partner organizations including WIC assistance, rental support, mental health services, and educational programs in an integrated resource hub model.
