Stewpot Community Services – Food Pantry

Stewpot Community Services is a nonprofit organization dedicated to addressing food insecurity and providing comprehensive support to individuals and families in need throughout the Jackson area. Operating a food pantry that serves as a mini-grocery store stocked through donations and partnerships with organizations like the Mississippi Food Network, Stewpot provides groceries to neighbors struggling with food insecurity, including those living in homes, hotels, encampments, or on the streets. Beyond its food pantry, the organization operates a community kitchen, clothing closet, emergency shelters, rapid housing programs, and various supportive services designed to meet both physical and spiritual needs of the community.
