North East Comm Action Corporation

North East Community Action Corporation (NECAC) is a nonprofit Community Action Agency in Bowling Green, MO, serving nine rural counties and three metropolitan counties across the region. Founded in 1965 and operating for more than 57 years, NECAC delivers social services, community health programs, public housing assistance, energy assistance, and family development services to low-income, elderly, youth, disabled, and disadvantaged populations.
