Northeast Community Action Corporation (NECAC) is a nonprofit organization serving the Bowling Green, Missouri area and surrounding communities for more than 57 years. The organization delivers social services, community health, public housing programs, energy assistance, and family development services to low-income, elderly, youth, disabled, and disadvantaged individuals. NECAC is one of more than 1,000 Community Action Agencies across the nation dedicated to breaking the cycle of poverty.
