Ozarks Area Community Action

Ozarks Area Community Action Corporation (OACAC) is a nonprofit agency based in Cassville, Missouri, dedicated to alleviating poverty in the Ozarks region. Operating from their Barry County Neighborhood Center at 700 E Highway 248, OACAC serves ten counties across Southwest Missouri and provides comprehensive services including case management, employment assistance, GED programs, life skills classes, Head Start early childhood programs, food assistance through People’s Pantry, housing assistance, and energy programs. As part of a network of Community Action Agencies nationwide, OACAC is committed to helping individuals and families achieve self-sufficiency and improving quality of life throughout their service area.
