Chaffee Nutrition Program

The Chaffee Nutrition Program operates as a senior center at 800 South Main Street in Chaffee, MO, offering congregate dining and programs designed to enhance the physical, social, and emotional well-being of seniors age 59 and older. The program provides nutritious meals, home-delivered meals to surrounding communities including Commerce, Oran, Benton, and Haywood City, and enrichment activities such as nutrition education, health screenings, and social events. Administered by Susie Pobst, the center operates from 6 a.m. to 2 p.m. daily with lunch service from 11:15 a.m. to 12:00 p.m., operating as part of the Southeast Missouri Area Agency on Aging’s congregate dining initiative to support seniors with limited access to food services.
