The restaurant is owned and operated by three partners—Weiquan Jiang, Yanlai Zhang, and Zixuan Hu—who bring combined expertise including over 16 years of restaurant management experience and a commitment to preserving authentic culinary traditions from their hometowns across China. The owners emphasize community involvement and have stated their mission is “sharing and making friends” while prioritizing high-quality, fresh ingredients and maintaining an employee-friendly environment.
