The Fit and Food Connection

The Fit and Food Connection is a 501(c)(3) nonprofit organization based in St. Louis, Missouri that provides healthy living resources through nutrition and physical fitness to families in need. Since 2013, the organization has offered comprehensive services including food assistance delivery, group and individual fitness classes, nutrition education programs, and community gardening opportunities, primarily serving low-income residents and families experiencing food insecurity in northern St. Louis city and county. All services are provided at no charge to eligible participants.
