Parkade Plaza

Parkade Plaza is Columbia’s premier mixed-use community center located at 601 Business Loop 70 W, serving as the region’s first shopping mall since its opening in 1964. With 215,000 square feet of space, the facility houses government institutions including the U.S. Department of Agriculture and Moberly Area Community College’s Columbia Campus, alongside retail businesses, office tenants, and the Plaza Event Center for special events and conferences. Following significant renovation and redevelopment by Burnam Family Real Estate Holdings starting in 2004, Parkade Plaza has become a thriving multipurpose destination with over 80 percent occupancy and serves as a local hub for college students and residents.
