The Mother Farm

The Mother Farm is a 31-acre regenerative agriculture farm located 10 minutes south of Columbia, Missouri, owned and operated by Susan Nagel, who transitioned from a 30-year career as a scientist to pursue farming. The farm operates as a community-supported agriculture operation offering farm share memberships where members participate in planting and harvesting vegetables, fruits, and other produce while gaining hands-on access to sustainable farming practices. Beyond its core operations, The Mother Farm actively engages the community through farm camps, educational tours, and events that provide visitors of all ages opportunities to learn about regenerative agriculture and connect with nature.
