Whole Health Outreach

Whole Health Outreach is a 501(c)(3) nonprofit organization based in Ellington, Missouri, dedicated to addressing the rural health crisis in South Central Missouri by serving a five-county area including Iron, Reynolds, Carter, Shannon, and Wayne counties. The organization provides preventive healthcare services, domestic violence shelter and support through Casa Guadalupe Shelter, senior home-visiting programs, and community outreach initiatives including the Darkness to Light sexual abuse prevention program. Through a team of trained staff and volunteers, Whole Health Outreach delivers direct health services, crisis counseling, employment and housing assistance, court advocacy, and support to at-risk families, elderly residents, and women and children affected by domestic violence.
